Purpose of GHiFT Ambassadorial Contest

GHiFT ambassadorial contest  aims to make fresh graduates to become highly competitive, focused and resolute in defining, pursuing and achieving their career goals without distractions. It provides recent graduates all the tools, and motivation to define their career targets, to work with Smatkaria to aggressively hunt for, and  secure their dream jobs within 30 days. And it rewards the hardwork and achievement of successful contestants with a grant of N120,000 in cash plus other exciting benefits. It is part of our initiative to deepen our brand penetration, while giving back to the society.

 

Eligibility Criteria And How To Contest Free Of Charge, For The Post Of A GHiFT Ambassador

1. 1. A recent graduate, 2018 -2021 set
   2. Actively hunting for your dream entry level job
   3. Get your dream job within 30 days from the day you signed in to participate. Only those who got their dream jobs within 30 days are eligible to  contest for the post of GHiFT Ambassador.
   4. Working recent graduates or interns who are actively seeking for another job, are eligible to contest, free of charge, if they fall within the set of 2018-2021.

   6. As soon as you receive your Job offer letter OR mail, notify Smatkaria about it. Smatkaria will verify and invite you to join the Ambassadorial Contest free of charge, if you got the job within 30 days.

 

Selection Process:

We Use a transparent selection process that is clear to all contestants and  participating audience.

 

We value transparency and the impact credible selection process will have on our brand image. For that reason, we allow the general public (participating audience) to vote to choose who deserves to be the ambassador, based on the story of each candidate and how the story resonates with the voters.

 

Voting is in the form of LIKES on each contestant's story [The story is the feedback provided by the contestants]. We share the  feedbacks on our social media page. The contestant whose feedback received the highest LIKES, will become the winner. 

Contestants have equal opportunities. As a  Contestant, you’re   free to  promote your  story [the post about you], by sharing the story  link with  your online  followers,  friends and family members,  inviting them to LIKE the post and help you to receive the highest LIKES and win.

 

If your story  receive the highest LIKE votes, within the stipulated period of contest, you will become the selected GHiFT Ambassador with all the benefits that go with it.

 

GHiFT Ambassadors Roles, Benefits And Duration

• A Selected GHiFT Ambassador holds the position, with all benefits attached to it, for a period of six (6) months. During this period, the individual is regarded as an  Active GHiFT Ambassador.
• An Active GHiFT Ambassador will receive cash payment every month throughout the six months period of actively holding the post.
• A selected GHiFT Ambassador shall receive intensive, online self paced training and certificate in brand management and content creation. These are high in demand skills.
• An Active GHiFT Ambassador shall receive training in career advisory and is eligible to participate in GHiFT Ambassadors [Online] Advisory Council, within the period of being an Active GHiFT Ambassador..
• Each Active GHiFT Ambassador shall receive a total of up-to N120,000 in cash payment. This includes an unconditional payment of N10,000 every month for 6 months [That’s N60,000], plus the payment of N10,000 monthly for Participating in GHiFT Ambassadors Advisory Council, [ That’s another N60,000, making it a total of N120,000].
• GHiFT Ambassadors [Online] Advisory Council, is an INVITATION ONLY Council, that advises recent graduates, on how to get their dream jobs fast and achieve their career goals, through article and video contents created by each ambassador and submitted to Smatkaria for approval. All GHiFT Ambassadors are eligible to receive an invitation to join the council.
• A GHiFT Ambassador whose content/advice, (in the form of articles or videos),  is approved automatically becomes a member of the council and will start to receive the extra N10,000 in cash every month, for the six months period of participating in the council.
• Smatkaria reserves the right to share, to the general public,  contents/advice  received from GHiFT Ambassadors. However, Ambassadors are free to share the published links of their contents with friends and followers.
• In addition to the cash payment of up-to N120,000, a GHiFT Ambassador will, at the end of the six months period,  receive a letter of recommendation Plus certificate from Smatkaria, as a GHiFT Ambassador
• A former GHiFT Ambassador [Non-Active GHiFT Ambassador] is entitled to use the term “ Former Smatkaria Ambassador” or “ Former GHiFT Ambassador” in their personal or public records for life.
• A former GHiFT Ambassador is equally entitled to use the letter of recommendation and certificates received from Smatkaria for all legitimate professional purposes. And Smatkaria reserves the right to revoke such letters and certificates, if it is reported or discovered that such documents were used to perpetrate fraudulent act of any kind.

 

 

Start Your Journey

First Step:

1. Do you meet criteria 1-4? Register for GHiFT,
2. Click  here to register for GHiFT . Ensure you follow all Registration Guidelines to Confirm your registration.
3. After your GHiFT registration, click here to Confirm Your GHiFT Registration and  to Verify your Ambassadorial Post  eligibility, by attaching a copy of your dated B.Sc, or HND statement of result or certificate, to the email you will send to us after you registration. This document will be used to verify your eligibility only.
4. Start GHiFT sessions and begin  applying to jobs, using  tailored RESUMES and cover letters. As soon as you verify your eligibility, GHiFT registration, and start your sessions, our team will attach you to a career consultant for on demand guidance and support. And we’ll start providing  to you, reviewed resume and cover letter that are tailored to each job you are applying for.
5. Get your dream job within 30 days and proceed to Second Stage-- Contesting for the post of GHiFT Ambassador, free of charge.

 

Second Step:

1. Contest for GHiFT Ambassadorial position FREE of charge, by meeting the conditions stated in criteria 5-6. 
2. To do so, notify Smatkaria, if you get a job offer within 30 days as specified above. 
3. Obtain our feedback form and  provide complete feedback to Smatkaria, explaining what you did that helped you to get your dream job and full details of how Smatkaria programs, products and services helped you to achieve that goal.
4. We will share your story in our pages, 
5. Follow the guidelines specified in the selection process above. The selection process lasts for 4 weeks.

 

Final Step:

Receive the highest Likes Votes[LIKES] on your story (feedback/testimony). You automatically become the selected GHiFT Ambassador, and receive monthly cash payment for six months, (N120,000 cash)
