If you didn’t get that dream job in 2020, understand that you need  to improve some things about yourself this month, at scale.

I wanted to understand what was wrong, when my career went from fast lane to less than slow lane, so I created Competencies ComparativeAssessment Report (CCAR) to enable me to  understand why I’d invested  so hard and reaped very  poor results. And it worked magic.

Through CCAR, I saw in a glance how I compared. My Competencies Comparative score was very poor. And I saw all the  “WHYs” and what I needed to do immediately. 

It's no longer enough to graduate with a first class degree. Possessing  specific on-demand skills, proof of  expertise and good relationships work wonders. They are hard currencies.

That discovery led to Co-Starting Smatkaria.  Having helped  123  graduates and counting,  to get their dream jobs, those are real validations that my  journey to the land of the unknown these few years back, was  not in vain.

There are many places to go, countless miles to cover. But I am no longer afraid of tomorrow. The journey of a thousand miles, starts with one step. 

When you’re resolved to go all in, the challenges that swallowed the efforts of the fearful version of yourself  begin to say “ Hey boss! We’re just here to help you rise the more. Not to make you fail”.
